Jover Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love your Jover. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee on eligible purchases made at JoverCover.com.
Try it out at home—if it’s not the right fit for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price and original shipping cost.
Please note:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through JoverCover.com.
- For items purchased through another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return instructions.
How to Return
To start a return, submit a return request through your order confirmation email or order status page.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive simple instructions via email on how to send your item back to us.
If you’re unable to access your order or need help at any point, you can email us at hello@jovercover.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Refund timing:
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 1–2 weeks for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re unable to issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Please email hello@JoverCover.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll respond within three business days to arrange a replacement or refund.
Discounted Items
Discounted items may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the price paid. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style, simply return your item and place a new order at JoverCover.com.
Limited Warranty
Jover takes pride in quality craftsmanship. We guarantee that your Jover Walker Cover will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs during this period, we will replace the product free of charge.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, abuse, or neglect
- Failure to follow care instructions or to use the product as intended
- Third-party modifications or repairs
To file a warranty claim, please email CustomerCare@JoverCover.com with your order details, date of purchase, and photos of the defect. We’ll respond within three business days.
Warranty Disclaimer
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products bought from JoverCover.com or an authorized retailer. Remedies are limited to product replacement.
While we always want you to be happy with your Jover, please note that this warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages (for example, any costs beyond replacing the product), except where prohibited by law.
