HOW DO I KNOW IF THE COVER WILL FIT MY WALKER?
Jover fits most standard folding walkers—the folding metal frame type that is commonly prescribed and used for mobility support by adults. Jover does not fit bariatric, junior, rollator, trigger release, or other specialty walkers. For a quick check: if the hand grip to side bar distance is around 16", our Original styles work great; if it’s longer, try our Second Generation styles or use the simple strap workaround. HOW DOES THE WALKER COVER FIT ONTO MY WALKER?
The Jover Walker Cover is one piece and has six hook-and-loop adjustable closures to easily secure the cover directly to the top, sides, and four legs of your walker. For more details, watch our Product Demo.
DO I NEED TO TAKE THE COVER OFF BEFOREÂ FOLDING THEÂ WALKER?
You do not need to remove the walker cover before folding your walker. To prevent possible wear from the closing mechanism, detach the front hook-and-loop closure and flip it over the front bar before folding.
IS THE JOVER WALKER COVER MACHINE WASHABLE?
Yes, your Jover Walker Cover is machine washable. Machine wash separately in cold, delicate cycle. Do not bleach. For best results, attach all closures prior to washing. Air dry or machine dry on low. For more care tips, read our Joyride blog post.Â

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOMIZED WALKER COVERÂ IN A SPECIFIC COLOR OR WITH MY LOGO?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders are packed and shipped within three business days. Please note, however, that orders may take extra time to ship during sale events and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Shipping rates and delivery times are dependent upon the size of your order, its destination, and your choice of shipping method (standard delivery or a form of expedited delivery)and will be calculated at checkout. DOES JOVER ACCEPT RETURNS?

DOES THE JOVER WALKER COVER COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes. Every Jover includes a 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something isn’t right, we’ll replace it free of charge. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or not following care instructions aren’t covered. See our full Refund Policy for details.
