HOW DO I KNOW IF JOVER WILL FIT MY WALKER?

Jover covers are designed to fit the standard metal folding walker (both with and without front wheels) and fit most major brands. Covers best fit walker models with a hand grip to side bar distance of approximately 16" (give or take an inch). For walkers with greater hand grip to side bar measurements, simply secure the side closures without wrapping the cover flaps around the bottom side bar.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Orders are packed and shipped within three business days. Please note, however, that orders may take extra time to ship during sale events and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business dayShipping rates and delivery times are dependent upon the size of your order, its destination, and your choice of shipping method (standard delivery or a form of expedited delivery) and will be calculated at checkout. HOW DO I FIT THE WALKER COVER ONTO MY WALKER?

Our walker cover is one piece and has six hook-and-loop attachments to easily secure the cover directly to the top, sides, and four legs of your walker. For a more detailed explanation, please view our Attachment Instructions.

IS THE JOVER WALKER COVER WASHABLE? 

Yes, your Jover Walker Cover is machine washable. Machine wash separately in cold, delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. If desired, iron on low heat. 

DO I NEED TO REMOVE THE JOVER BEFORE FOLDING MY WALKER?

You should not have to remove the walker cover before folding your walker. To prevent possible wear from the closing mechanism, detach the hook-and-loop closure over the front bar before folding.

WHERE CAN I FIND JOVERS IN STORES?

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOMIZED JOVER IN A SPECIFIC COLOR OR WITH MY LOGO?

Yes, Jover will work with you concerning bulk custom orders. Please contact orders@jovercover.com for more information.  

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I ORDERED?

In general, Jover accepts returns for purchases made in our jovercover.com online store that are in re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original 

payment method. All returns must be in re-sellable condition, meaning that the product must be unused and unwashed and must be in the original, intact product packaging. Read Jover’s full return policy here: Return Policy.  

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Please email customercare@jovercover.com with the email subject “Return Authorization Request”. In the body, please include (1) the name and email address associated with the order; (2) the order number and date of purchase; (3) the reason for your return; and (4) product photos if items are damaged or incorrect.  We will respond to your request within three business days.  CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I ORDERED?

Jover does not offer direct exchanges, but you may follow our product return instructions to return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired replacement item via our online store at jovercover.com.

DOES THE JOVER WALKER COVER COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes. Jover offers a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days following the date of purchase. Read Jover’s Return Policy for a complete explanation of the LIMITED WARRANTY's terms, limitations, and conditions.
